He inspired me with his over the top geniuses movies and wonderful and elegant style and character design. I carry the memory of Paprika, Tokyo godfather, millennium actress, deep blue and paranoia agent along in my professional life to never forget his message and elegancy.

Mani a true fan of him.

The Albatross

Some thing abit different ;)

I always had a soft spot for simple transforming vehicles into robot and viseversa and Albatross is the reflection of this interest
kind of like to put this guy in production some day :)

K

K is my first attempt in creating a character without the use of computer. he is made out of a sheet of poly styrene and is a complete hand made work. my main focus in this character was to create a fully articulated main Body (bendable by swiveling forward). my sister suggested me to name him K and I thought it fits his style ;)

this method involves using Polyethylene sheets for creating all the necessary parts
which are connected with different types of joint systems
the transparancy is the main theme and ofcoarse the use of packaging design methods

The Princess is a project and a study in the same time. the princess and her cruiser (ship) are inspired by ancient Egypt and mommies, exotic Amazonian environment and the smoothness of alien spaceships .
This project was done with having a 3d print representation in mind for foreseeable future.
